Refunds for Software Licenses

Since software licenses are delivered digitally and activated upon purchase, we operate under a no-refund policy for most products. Once the activation key has been issued or the product has been downloaded, we cannot offer returns or refunds, except under certain exceptional conditions listed below.

Eligible Refund Conditions:

  1. Non-Delivery of License: If you did not receive the software license or activation key within 24 Hrs after purchase, please contact us immediately, and we will re-issue the license or provide a refund.
  2. Defective License Key: If the license key provided to you is invalid or does not work, please report the issue within 7 days of purchase. After verifying the issue, we will either replace the key or issue a refund.
  3. Unauthorized Purchase: If you believe the purchase was made fraudulently or without your consent, please report the issue along with supporting documentation. If confirmed, we will issue a full refund.

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

  1. Change of Mind: We cannot provide refunds if you change your mind after purchasing or activating the software license.
  2. Activated Licenses: Once a license key has been used or activated, it cannot be returned or refunded.
  3. Incompatibility: It is your responsibility to ensure that your device meets the minimum system requirements for the software before purchasing. Refunds will not be issued due to incompatibility issues.
  4. Incorrect Purchase: Refunds are not available if you accidentally purchased the wrong product or version. Please review the product details carefully before completing your order.
